NYC
There is no hotel in the city quite like the Aman New York. Serene yet impossibly chic, it somehow manages to feel like a private sanctuary in the middle of Manhattan — all soaring ceilings, hushed elegance, and the kind of effortless luxury that makes you never want to leave. The spa alone is worth the stay.
For dinner, Le Bernardin is always the answer — where every course feels like a quiet act of perfection. The kind of meal that slows you down in the best possible way, with equally good company to match.
Of course, this is New York — and the night is always just getting started. Where it goes from there is entirely up to us.
Big Sur
Sometimes the most romantic destination is the one that asks nothing of you but to slow down.
Big Sur is that place — raw, dramatic, and impossibly beautiful. Perched high above the Pacific, Post Ranch Inn is where the world falls away and all that's left is the two of us, a breathtaking sunset, and a glass of something worth savoring at Sierra Mar. The kind of view that makes conversation optional and silence feel like a gift.
When we're not losing track of time in the hot tub or indulging in a spa treatment that resets the soul, we can wind through the coastal hills and discover the hidden wineries that make this stretch of California feel like a secret worth keeping.
St. Barths
Few places on earth compare to St. Barths. The kind of destination that ruins all other tropical getaways — crystal waters, effortless glamour, and an energy that makes you forget the rest of the world exists. If you're feeling adventurous, I just might find myself on the back of your jet ski, chasing the horizon across some of the most stunning waters in the Caribbean.
As the sun melts into the horizon, the real magic begins. We'll spend the evening at Shellona — drinks in hand, feet in the sand, and nowhere else we'd rather be. The kind of golden hour that feels almost too beautiful to be real. And when the night winds down, we'll end it the only way that makes sense: a quiet nightcap and a midnight swim under the stars.
Paris
From the breathtaking architecture to the indulgent dining scene and the fashion houses that define elegance itself, Paris was made for romantics. It's the kind of city that makes everything feel more intentional — a stolen glance across a candlelit table, a slow walk along the Seine, the feeling that time has graciously paused just for you.
At the top of my list is the Ritz Paris — a stunning baroque masterpiece that has been seducing guests for over a century. Opulent, timeless, and utterly unapologetic about its glamour, it's the kind of place that makes you want to stay in just as much as go out.
